Brent Rainey is a Terrible family attorney. He is a big liar and failed to deliver what he promised me. He kept me dragging in the court for five years. I lost lots of money and I couldn't see my kids for Long time. He lacks knowledge and experience. He is incompetent lawyer. He she be disbarred.. do not do the same mistake and hire him. You will be wasting your time and money.

PLEASE LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKE!!! Money changed hands, contracts were signed, promises made and nothing has come of it. At first things seemed to be going smooth and then it became increasingly difficult to contact him. We attempted phone calls, text messages, emails, certified mail, and finally Facebook Messages. If (big if) we ever got in contact with him he would make promises about calling the next day (we verified the correct phone number), sending an email update (verified correct emails) and never once followed through. I can understand when things come up but it has been 2 years and we are no closer to a resolution for our case than we were the day we stepped into his office; in fact we are farther behind because of the money that was paid. Please do not make the mistake we made, I cannot bare the thought of another mother going a year and a half without seeing her son because a lawyer will not do the things he has promised.
