Recently I needed to get approval from MRC to have accordion shutters installed on our house. I thought I had sent in all of the required information, but neglected to explain exactly what I was doing on the application. I was rejected! WOW! I called and spoke to Liz and explained what was going to happen and what happened. I was upset. Liz was very professional and calm about my predicament. Liz asked very specific questions and asked me to redo my application with additional information and she would see if we couldn't get this application approved before the contractor showed up in two weeks. This was on Friday, Monday I received an email and a phone call from Liz Ford saying that she gone to bat for us and gathered all of the information and contacted the member of the review committee so we could get approved. We have been approved. !Liz was very diligent, professional and understanding. Thanks to a kind and caring person we have what we need to move forward.
