Hokkaido Chinese & Japanese Buffet

Food has no flavor, was cold and stale. The egg rolls were gummy, I had to get up and get my own water because server never came to check on us. I went to register to pay. She comes 5 minutes later with cc machine tell me total was 57 dollars I gave her 60 and she asked for tip I told her to keep the change and she said but it's only 2 dollars she forced me to give her more money. Worst place ever

Service wasnt so great and i was forced to tip even tho i had tipped her already. The food wasnt good, i had to get up to ask for water(wasnt a problem for me). I refer people to restaurants in the area since i work in a hotel near by. Won't recommend this place at all

Super bad customer service, poor food quality, attendants never showed up back to the table, Ice cream freezer has mold inside, sushi has terrible taste and not fresh at all. When we were paying the server was MAKING US to pay 20% tips trying to make it look like it was mandatory. We would not recommend this place at all. Smells bad, looked through the kitchen doors and none of the people in the kitchen use hair net. The restaurants floor is greasy from the entrance. We are giving one star because there is no quarter star to give out.

As a chef myself. Food was cold. Silverware was dirty. Had to go find waitress. Finally found her, looking at her cellphone. Told her some food was cold in the buffet. She nonchalantly shrugged her shoulders and continued to using her cellphone. After the interaction she immediately came to the table with a check. I was not finished eating. 2 minutes later she came and asked was a tip going to be applied. Tuna in sushi roll was brown. Strawberry ice cream had multiple ice creams in it due to only 1icecream scoop. Softshell crab in advertisement was what drew me to the buffet. It was cold, salty and overcooked. Overall food was poor in quality. Bathroom was dirty, had mop bucket interfering with path to toilet and spider webs in the bathroom. Strongly would not recommend this buffet to my worst enemy. Kid-friendliness: Rude, unfriendly waitress.
