I generally don't post bad reviews, but this store has consistently left a bad taste in my mouth. We went in approx 6 months ago for a kitchen remodel. They had a promotion going on at the time. It was $350 to have someone from their store come out, take measurements, and design a kitchen for us. If you didn't end up buying the kitchen remodel they designed, the $350 would then go towards a purchase your choice in the store. We decided to try them out. We ended up not liking the kitchen they designed for us and went with another company. Now, 6 months later, we are remodeling our bathrooms and went in to choose the pieces we wanted for our bathroom with our $350 credit. At first they tried not to even honor the credit. They said they weren't doing the promotion anymore. Um... ok. But the promotion was going on when you offered it, and you even stated there was no time limit. Ok, finally get them to honor the promotion. We pick out our faucet and other choices, pay the difference, and they state they must order it and will call us back when it comes in. A few day later they leave me a voicemail stating my order has arrived and I can come in and pick it up. When I go in to pick it up, all of my stuff is in these cheap bags, no box, no nothing. So I ask if this was the floor models. They then proceed to tell me that since they gave me such a great discount they gave me the floor model. NOW I'M MAD. Not only did they not give me a discount, they tried to lie about the floor model at first stating it arrived. REALLY?! This is bad business. Oh they can order it but it will take 3 weeks. Okay! Order it! I thought that's what we were already doing! This company is shady and they think their customers are stupid. Not only did they try to RIP us off with the rediculous kitchen remodel we didnt like, but they are tried to RIP is off by not honoring the deal of $350 credit, tried to lie about the floor model by stating "it had arrived", and then tried to tell me they gave me a discount! I have my receipt to show there is NO DISCOUNT. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. -DR CHARDON & KELLY **RESPONSE TO OWNER** You did not refund me any money. You simply were following the contract we signed with you. We paid you $350 which is still in your bank account and then also paid the difference of what our products cost which was $126.06 including tax. You did not do me any favors. I simply bought from your store and you are trying to act like you went out of your way. And NO. On May 10 you told me it would take a week because you had to order it. Not one time did you tell me you were giving me the floor model. I would LOVE for you to post the contract I signed with you so everyone can see what kind of company you are.

14k into a refrigerator and this is how the install crew leaves it. Bent hinges and stripped leveling gears. One year after the purchase I still do not have a working refrigerator. The signature series is not well known. Numerous phone calls, emails to Ed the owner and you get the run around. We even paid for a stove top he never delivered and had to fight through 5 months of empty promises.

I went in the store today. They were doing remodeling in part of the showroom. When a man approached me, I told him i was remodeling a bathroom and asked for a particular brand tub, which he did not have. I felt very uncomfortable, as he acted like my business was not worth his time and didn't suggest or offer to help me with a thing. Clue: remodeling a bathroom involves plumbing fixtures, vanities, tile, etc. There was so much that you might have been able to help me with and did not take the time to even ask. I will not return to this store again.
