Renter be ware! They will tell you one thing and then when push comes to shove, they will reverse course and say they never said it.... Even when you have text messages that show they did! lol. They totally take advantage of students...

I could write a novel on why you shouldnt live here. Even before I moved in, I had been having problems which should have been my first red flag. My roommates and I were promised a promotion upon leasing here which they failed to honor. It wasnt until an hour arguing back and forth with the office and showing documentation and screenshots of what they promised me that they decided to honor the promotion. To add to this, I was emailing them about this issue for weeks and never received a response back. When I brought this up to them, they claimed they never received any emails. I had to show them all my emails and they confirmed that the email address was correct, but still had no reasoning as to how they didnt receive the emails. I literally think they have me blocked. How professional. This was the only the beginning. We have had what we thought were raccoons living in our attics waking us up throughout the night and early morning hours scratching away at the walls and running up and down. We made this aware to the office and were stuck living in these conditions for a month until they decided to do something about it. We had to ask them repeatedly to help us. Once they went into our attic, they informed us it wasnt raccoons and quote there were never raccoons to begin with. Instead, there were squirrels and a nest they had to remove from our attic, as if that was better. Im genuinely confused if they expected us to go into the attic to figure out what specific creature was living there. Furthermore, there are substances around our apartment that appear to be mold. Every time I am at my apartment I begin to have respiratory issues which I believe could be because of this. I am currently working with a legal team on building a case because of how ridiculous this is. I have emailed them about breaking me lease because at this point I dont feel safe living here, which I have yet to hear back from them (another reason to think I am blocked). This is not even everything we have had to deal with, as we had multiple individuals banging on our door in the middle of the night where we had to call the cops. Please save your money and sanity and dont live here. UPDATE: Priscilla responded to this review but never responded to my 5 emails I sent her. (: What a joke lol. PSA her response down below was copied and pasted and sent to multiple people!
