Apartment living is great when you have an facility that cares. Olivia is the best and is always happy to help with any issues.

The staff are friendly and they host a lot of free events for us residents like Waffle Wednesdays and different sport events. Its a fun place to live :)

Do not sign here. I made the mistake of signing here even after reading the horrible reviews which all turned out to be true and I really advise you not to sign here. The first moment I walked in it was so dirty. Not clean at all, the microwave door handle was broken, mold in the bathroom, my roommates towel rack was ripped off the wall, my other roommates toilet was coming detached from the ground, and our dryer has been broken several times. We have had a serious cockroach problem since we moved in to the point where we had to put up traps all around the apartment which luckily stopped them. The mold here is unlike anything you've seen before. It grows so fast its ridiculous. And we keep our apartments and rooms CLEAN. It's disgusting. It is extremely dusty and dirty to the point where you need an air purifier or you get sick. (I was sick the first few months of living here). The amenities are not that great either. There are leaves in the pool, and the gym equipment is always broken. The roads are terrible. Unpaved and so many potholes. The gate never ever works. They turned off the water in my building SEVERAL times for hours without notifying us. Maintenance lets themselves in without warning. The package system is terrible and either won't tell you you got a package delivered or will tell you days later. My friend had to live in the MODEL APARTMENT for MONTHS because the week of move in they found out their apartment was actually not ready to move into and all the floors were torn up and kept saying she could move in next month, every month, to the point where she had to break the lease and leave. How is that acceptable????? I could write so much more but that's the gist. I really do not recommend living here.

DONT MOVE HERE!! This place is ripping you off bigtime. The apartment I was assigned to was absolutely disgusting, the bathtub is peeling, paint spatters on the wall, nails (YES, NAILS!) on the floor, stains on the carpet, etc, etc. Between the mold, paperthin walls, horrible street management (potholes, unpaved roads), constant construction and so. much. noise, makes living a stressful nightmare. If you value your sanity. DO. NOT. SIGN. THE. LEASE. The amenities do not make up for it, trust me. There is usually one machine in the gym that is broken down and doesn't get fixed for months. Not to mention by far the most dirtiest gym I have been to, so unbelievably obvious that no-one cleans it. Someone left an ACRYLIC FINGERNAIL on one of the treadmills. I regret signing a lease here its absolute bait and switch. The only positive is that the afternoon shuttle crew are unbelievably nice, but that's a positive toward UCF. Can't find a positive here. EDIT: There is something wrong with the Property Managers. I came in to complain about how the generator running outside building 11 was causing really bad sleep deprivation and chronic headache because of the noise. This was after trying to get a hold of them for over a week. Instead of being any sort of sympathetic and offering ways to manage, they called me sensitive and the only person affected by it. They did the classic "How can you be upset at us when we do so much for you." They then attempted to manipulate me into continuing my lease for next year because "It's better than being out on the streets". I regret getting a recording of this reaction. I was treated like a child instead of the 23 year old person experiencing health effects due to their misconduct.
