I wish to give this 0 stars because they messed up with my credit knowing that I had to terminate my new contract with them because the neighbor down stairs vandalized my relative's car that almost got us killed. It is a really unsafe place and they don't bother background check anyone living in that complex but they sure love to charge fee after fees. For an apartment complex that never bother to even replace the locks after so many times submitting repairs. Never again am I stepping foot in this complex nor the town again.

(with the same documents that Bellancia asked us for) (Original) La asistente del manager trabaja muy mal ....aplique con mi esposo y tuvimos que ir pq no nos responda el telfono nunca ni los correos... a los 4 o 5 das regresamos y la asistente puso muchas trabas para no darnos el apartamento... teniendo mi esposo Buenos taxes ... y una cuenta de ahorro buena ... al parecer ella no quera hacer bien su trabajo .... al final nos estafaron el dinero d la aplicacin pq mi esposo le dijo a ella que si no haba hecho nada q cancelara la aplicacin...(la cual nunca ella hizo ) pero nada nos estafaron el dinero por un mal trabajo de la asistente .... solo nos devolvieron 125 los otros 140 nunca q los veremos por el mal trabajo d ella .... No referira nunca a nadie a ese complejo de apartemento .... Gracias a dios fuimos y aplicamos en otro y en menos de 24 horas nos dieron la aprobacin... ( con los mismos documentos q nos pedan en Bellancia )
