Walt Disney World

My purse was stolen from the Contemporary's Resort Bell Services on 1/8/23. I have been passed around to every phone number and different department in Disney with no resolution. My entire vacation was ruined. EVERYDAY I woke up thinking about who I had to call because ALL the contents of my purse were gone ...cell phone, wallet, medical insurance card, bank card, credit cards, identification ect. Name it and its gone. No one from Disney has helped me, updated or informed me of what is happening. I am sure the thief from the hotel hasn't even been arrested and sadly more people visiting Disney for a vacation will becomes victims of theft as well. Over $1,000 of stuff was charged to my various cards as my family and I enjoyed a park day while our belongings were supposed to be "securely locked up" in the bell services room since our guest room was not ready upon arrival to the resort. After returning home I am still dealing with my losses and trying to recoup all of my cards, ID's etc. I had an awful vacation thanks to the negligence of the Contemporary staff. Highly disappointed. I wanted to make a point to trust NO ONE and sadly especially Disney World staff. I am hurt, saddened and have no words to explain the disappointment I feel. I see people complaining about crowds and stuff and I am sure Disney will address that but leave it to something as serious as this and there is silence. I cannot believe this! Truly the happiness place on earth! No matter where/what you eat it's delicious! Beautiful scenery! Cast Members always happy to help! It was truly a magical day!

I've been here a few times and each time was the best time I had just being in a special place. The entire park has something for everyone and lots to explore. There was a lot of ground to cover, but I didn't feel tired from all the walking. There is a train you can take that goes around the perimeter of the park. I enjoyed the interaction with cast members and taking pictures with them, but the best experience were all the autographs I collected. The prize is having the memory you won't find any place else. There were no shortage of shops or eateries. If you plan a trip here, consider at least a four day stay, it's a lot to take in and you'll want to see it all. Bon voyage!

With wait times more than an hour for most rides unless you pay extra for the Genie+, it's almost not worth it to even go anymore - you spend all day waiting in lines and only get to get on maybe 4-5 rides all day. And with ticket prices so high, who wants to pay extra to get on a virtual queue. We're considering not renewing our annual passes after they expire this summer. Disney doesn't seem to value their annual pass holders anymore :-(
