Paradiso 37

We got a last minute reservation for Paradiso 37 at Disney Springs and ended up loving our meal! The restaurant can be crowded and loud at times- there is a lot going on, but we had a seat by the water with a pretty view (especially at sunset). We got the poutine fries and chips & dip to start- and they were pretty mediocre to be honest. I wouldnt get them again. But our main course was fantastic. Highly recommend the ribs and the skirt steak. Both were cooked perfectly and had a lot of flavor. The restaurant is also easy/convenient to get to from the lime parking garage.

Wow! I just visited and was super impressed with the staff. Wilyer gave the best recommendations for our whole group and was very kind. Definitely recommend asking for his section if you get to visit this restaurant. 10/10!

While the food was not bad at all, the service left much to be desired. Would not go back. We had a reservation at 9 pm - somehow they lost this, but I had taken a picture of it and showed it to the hostess who reluctantly sat us at 9:15 after being short and unapologetic about any inconvenience. When we were sat, we were not given menus and no one came to take our drink order until 9:25. Our waitress barely paid any attention to us, seemingly resigned to not getting any tip. I have a feeling she was not supposed to have us seated in her section. When the food came out at 9:45 it was hot and well prepared. As we were given our check, we asked for help with directions and our waitress went out of her way to try to help which was appreciated. Atmosphere was okay, but dated and a bit dingy in our area. Verdict - Not with the price or the wait.

Three stars is accurate I feel, could be two if you take into account that its in Disney Springs. We had placed reservations a month or two in advance as do most when traveling to Disney during spring break. Came at our time, and were told that there was a system error and we would have to wait 20-25 minutes. No problem at all, I understand and it was right around 20 minutes so no problem there. When being seating, was ignored for about 5 minutes and then a less-than-enthusiastic hostess came over and she didn't really acknowledge us, but eventually lead us to our seat. The waiter Christian was good, funny, and treated us with respect. I'm sure the servers have A LOT of tables they have to deal with so handling all of them at once can be a task, as I can assume this restaurant is short staffed. The food was okay at best. The guacamole appetizer was probably my favorite part of the meal. The Po Boy Shrimp sandwich lacked taste and took over an hour to come to us. I understand that places are short staffed, but seat less people if it takes an hour to get a meal. For being in Disney Springs, you would imagine a better experience and meal, but for the price didn't warrant the meal and service we received.
