I helped do a tear out and complete install for these guys with Dave Irwin of Irwin Mechanical (which is no longer in business). ProMag paid Dave, but I never received my pay. We did this job on Saturday August 7th at 1000 Marabon Ave off of Conway Rd in Orlando. I'm still owed $300 cash. Would be nice if people and this company actually had integrity and worked honestly. I do not recommend this company at all. Shady work and a high number of verified complaints.

They gave me a signed, formal, written quote on their letterhead for the service after an on-site inspection. When I tried to schedule the service, the pricing instantly increased $100 and when I said I would pay COD (while still on the same phone call with them), the pricing increased again by $600, and with fewer items being included. Crazy bait and switch between the formal quote and what they tried to charge in the end. No thanks.

He told my wife it was the thermostat so he removed it.Then he tried to change me 900 for a thermastat Honeywell 9000 it only cost 138 on Amazon. I said no.. He. Checked the ac and found it needed a hard start to jump the ac. When the service guy left he never reinstalled the old one. So when he left I reinstalled the old and the ac worked.. But they did charge me 200 for a hard start which is only 13.00 part. Not highly recommended. Services: AC repair, AC maintenance
