I am a medical rep and often so catering for my offices. This was the worst experience that I have had in years. I understand that the food industry is short-staffed but I was on hold over 14 mins. When I called, the girl immediately threw me on hold without giving me a second to explain that I already ordered and needed it sooner. Will never come back. The restaurant is filthy. The waiting area looks like it hasn’t been mopped in years.

Visited the OP location three times only because my son likes the food, he’s young and knows nothing. Not bad for the price, but customer service is not good. Not much greeting of the customer occurs and two of the three visits felt like I was interrupting their day, which is ridiculous. Definitely order online or you will become very irritable waiting on your food. Check your bag BEFORE YOU LEAVE because the staff will most likely leave something out, especially the dip. Mango Habanero flavor was the best flavor I’ve tried. Mild and cajun were no good. Ranch dip is the best, don’t even try the others. Make sure they put the dip in the bag, they love to forget putting it in your bag.

Food was ok, but drenched in sauce, very slow, ordered and paid online, waited until past pickup time to head over….still waited in an empty lobby for 10 minutes. Manager (?) (dressed in polo unlike the rest) was smoking cigarettes right outside the door hem hawing with someone eating. Employees here were unusually rude, since the manager was on smoke and joke break that will happen. Employees were more concerned with filling their drinks at the fountain machine than helping customers. First and last time.
