Have never written an online review before but feel compelled to share my experience. This is one of the worst ordeals I have ever had to endure. Staff was friendly and Julie the hygienist was awesome. Was kind of disappointed that the Dr Soule didn’t at least come in the room and say hello on two of my visits with Julie. Seemed like that would add more of a professional touch. Now to the unacceptable part. Billing. Be prepared to have additional charges mailed to you. In my opinion, a customer should know exactly what the cost of their services will be. When I called, I was told that it was “an insurance thing” and I owed them additional monies. When I challenged this surprise, the pleasantness of the Billing Department ceased. I won’t go any further with details except to state that I will never have any affiliation with this organization again. It was admitted that they play the “insurance game”. In my opinion it was more like “bait and switch”.

I felt the staff was professional. Dr. Soule i am sure is an excellent dentist. I wont be following up due to the fact that despite several assurances my insurance covered the cost of the visit completely, i was sent a bill for $48.00 due to the fact that they are NOT in network for my plan, after being tols they were. When i called to cancel my follow up and explained the situation, the receptionist was pretty rude and basically tried making me feel cheap.
