Sancerre at Orange City

February 20, 2023 edit - It has brought me such gratification given the opportunity to meet the new executive director at the Sancerre assisted building in orange city, Colleen Guay. Along with new management (EXPERIENCE SENIOR LIVING) and team, the new executive director Colleen Guay brings her advantageousness vision and years of experience to the building. Something I was so inspired to witness when meeting with her this month. Though it's just the start, I can see a BRIGHT future, not only for the team but also for the amazing residents in the community. Sincerely, Andii

Trish and Elizabeth have gone out of their way to make this move for my mom possible. Its taken 4 months of hoops and hurdles and they were with me all the way. Thank you both so much! Kimberly Rose and Lillian Newnam

The worst facility I worked at.I worked at this facility for almost a year and we never had enough food not enough staff so much drama !! Nothing was never good enough the more I did the more I got blame .

I just would like to say this place I have recently quit, I worked here for 1 month and left as fast as I came!! The residents I will miss the most, because they seemed to appreciated my hard work there, they've always praised me and thank me for being a hard worker. I also must say my coworkers was sweet and kind to me as well. I worked as a server in the kitchen, and did every job in the kitchen, since they were short staff. I want to say I left because I felt like I were being blamed for everything, me and other coworkers. The boss always treated us good one day, then the next day, he turn into someone out of this world, he never seemed to appreciate all of our hard work we provided. I worked overtime almost every week, because they were short staff. Then when I got paid, I noticed I was being cut 6 and 7 hours every other paycheck, I also didn't get my first check for almost 3 weeks. I'm just saying if you wanna come work here, watch your pay hours because, I was cut short on my hours and pay. I aso want to address one other thing to management, I must say, if you hiring people, and they're coming and going, please take a GOOD look at the management department there, because it obviously points out to the real probem, and that is you know who you are in the kitchen department. The one department that I know of that needs to adjust their attitude, and they know who they're!!! K! Blessings to the rest of the staff!!
