Miami Permits

Hiring this company to help legalize a driveway was a horrible and costly mistake. In addition to clearly not knowing parts of the process, they were quick to take way too much of my money for a horrible service. They often blamed the city for things being stuck and when I would reach out to the city, the permit application had been sitting back with Miami Permits, often for days. My process took more than a year. Miami Permits could care less that I had fines piling up. I heard all the excuses from people having children to having covid for excuses for everything from their inaction to slowness. They have two very nice ladies who answer the phones but who know nothing and often couldnt get key information to provide updates. Everything there seems to revolve around one person named Adriana, who they often referred me to, but she never answered or returned calls or texts. Toward the end of my process when the permit was finally issued, they basically said their job was done, but after two visits to the city, it was clear that they were not because the city would only issue the permits to the person who signed the application. Guess who? The famous ghost, Adriana.Weeks later they finally got the permit. They claimed again that they didnt know the process. What?!?!? Then came inspections which they fumbled again, requesting them in the wrong order, all at once and yet again wasting more of my time. And these are just a few examples of their incompetence near the end of a very frustrating experience. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

To start, listen to everyone posting, this business should be shut down. I'm out 10K and cannot close Master permit, something is still pending with the plans, and cannot get answers. You call and get the exact answer they will get back to you and no one answers, it is now near 2 years and still battling with them, I will not let them get away with continuing this scam.I feel that these con artist need to be legally liable. Please do not attempt to call them, RUN!

I want to say thank you to Miami Permits Team for the great Job done , What they do is PRICELESS, specially when you have to deal with Miami Dade County and you find no results by yourself, my experience was good , during my process I did multiple phone call and they always answer me . The most important is to have Peace of Mind and they give me that .

thanks to Miami Permits I was able to modify my whole house, I was able to make the additions I needed and now my house is worth more money !!!!! excellent service
