Horrible. Jean did the bare minimum for my already complicated taxes, resulting in thousands of dollars of damage to my business. I only found out that my taxes were filed after I received an astronomical bill from the IRS. Once the return was filed, Jean ignored my multiple calls, emails and text messages, while also refusing to return the paperwork I left with her in the first place in order to file my return. I had to find qualified CPA to deal with the aftermath and amend the return. Big mistake if you let Jean takeover your finances.
