Nathaniel and his team are the best in the business. I was referred to them and was a little hesitant at first since I already had a mortgage broke to "deal with". Ultimately, the best decision ever!!! They streamlined everything, always kept me informed and never sent me scrambling for duplicates of submitted paperwork. They are so organized and efficient, I wouldn't consider working with anyone else in the future. They made a difficult time for me so much easier and made me feel like I was their number one priority. As crazy as the timing was, we went on vacation the week prior to closing and still felt like everything was perfectly under control and when one hiccup popped up (that I caused) they had solutions in a very short time. I really appreciated the work they did on my behalf and will absolutely be a repeat client for any future real estate transactions.
