They came unprepared with no report of the lead found so I had to tell them where it was. They did unnecessary work by removing the door frame and lying that the encapsulation product would wear away, when in fact it's like a plastic coating that they got on my floors and it is not removable, the original lead testing company said all it needed was a coating.. I tried to get them to correct and fix the damage they left but the answer was that they didn't see it when they left so it didn't happen. the contractor and the city project manager both saw it and know it's not easily removable. Now I will have to take them to small claims court to get this damage fixed.

A very thorough job, well done. I contacted Genia and Tony to test a house for lead based paint that I was purchasing. They were very knowledgeable on the subject, came out and did a very thorough job, and provided a detailed report on the home. I asked about additional testing on the property and Tony informed me that it was not necessary and explained why. You can see right away that they are in this profession because they believe in what they do, and are not trying to upsell customers unnecessarily. I fully trust their work and recommend them very highly. One of the few professionals who work with integrity.
