I had always used this clinic growing up and had always enjoyed the Dr's there. I was waiting in line at a different clinic to be seen for a possible ear infection and sinus cold and then I called Atlantis to see how busy they were. I told them my symptoms over the phone and they asked if I had recently had a covid test and I just took one the day before and was negative. The lady on the phone said ok come see us. I leave my spot at this other clinic that was super busy just to get to Atlantis to be asked for proof of my negative covid test. Who keeps proof of an at home test? And why was I not told that on the phone? I do not have covid and not everything is covid. I understand these are trying times but to be rejected because I can't produce a test result is insane. I would not be as mad had I been told that over the phone and not lost my spot at the other place. Also hard to find covid tests right now and if you are so scared of patients having covid do not be in the medical field. Plus you should probably offer your own covid testing. Will never go here again.
