I like to read reviews but I hate to write them, so I never do. In this case, I’m happy to make an exception. When I needed 330’ of gutters on my house, I got several estimates. Although he didn’t give me the lowest price, I picked Absolute Gutters based on my interaction with John. Working with him was a pleasure. He explained all the options and listened carefully as I voiced my preferences. We settled on 7” gutters with 4x5 downspouts, and the design was just what I needed. Whenever I called the office, someone always answered. Felicia and the others were courteous and helpful, and they always resolved whatever question or issue I had. They were patient through several color and detail changes I requested. Considering all the construction and material backlogs stemming from the virus, our installation was scheduled without much delay. They called me a month before and gave me a specific date and time to expect the work to begin. Jeff and his team showed up right on time. We reviewed the details of the installation, including a couple of changes I needed to downspout locations, and they got started. They worked efficiently but never compromised on quality. I talked with them throughout the day, asking questions and getting intelligent answers. Again, with patience. They take a lot of pride in their work, as though they were working on their own home. Having examined their work in detail from below and from the roof, I can vouch for their craftsmanship. They cut no corners. As an example, they use Vulkem, the best polyurethane sealant on the market. As an engineer, I am impressed with their ability to get it right the first time. But they promised that they are happy to come back and resolve any issues I might discover. If you value excellent communication, attention to detail, purposeful design, and quality results, the people you want are at Absolute Gutters.
