On Time Electric

I feel I was really overcharged. They charged me for the time the electrician had to leave to purchase the 2 very common items needed for the job a regular electrician would have on a work truck. I was charged for the time the worker called the office to detail the work performed, waited for the invoice to be written up and sent. This totaled about 2 hours and at $150 per hour! I had to specifically ask for an itemized invoice and then saw I was charged at least double of what one would pay at a local hardware store for the hardware needed. I had asked for an approximate estimate up front but was told they would have no idea of cost until they got there. The electrician was very personable and did a good job but I'm feeling very taken advantage of. I would definitely not use On Time Electric again or refer them to anyone. A friend whom highly recommended this company for an electrical issue I was having. Called for an appointment only to speak to a man who was rude aggravated not in interested in my call but made appt for the followng day. Made me wait all day for a no show /no call. And still hasnt had the common courtesy to call. Poor customer service. Will NEVER RECOMMENDED THIS BUSINESS. I'll be sure to update my friend on how "not so amazing" this guy is!!

Same day service. As a matter of fact, Robert showed up within two hours of my call. Polite, friendly and professional. I highly recommend!
