This place has been here for years and is Japanese owned/operated. There are a number of authentic dishes and a æ—¥æœ¬èªž menu if interested - and having lived in/around Tokyo, I can say that the food here is authentic. Aoba was actually recommended to me by another å¯¿å¸(sushi) chef believe it or not. If you live on the west side of Orlando, this is your best Japanese dining option.
