    Best Buy as a whole awesome, but the GeekSquad manager can be very uncooperative, unim formative and has the attitude that customer's should be happy to have BestBuy; not a customer service representative attitude! The person is rude, does a poor job of following up on customer's about their products being handled by BestBuy and is very rude if you are not aware of the check-in procedures. Instead of helping you to know what you need to do, he will have you waiting there and see you but not address you until later. Only to inform you; to set an appointment! Then not acknowledge your appointment time; when the time comes.

    I recently purchased a new Dell 17" laptop and had the information on my old laptop transferred onto the new one while I waited in the store. The entire process of the purchase and transfer of my old laptops data took less than 45 minutes. The Geek Squad technician named Moe was EXTREMELY proficient. If you need your computer repaired.....go see MOE!

    I bought my security camera system over 1 month ago at Best Buy in Ocoee, fl. I was convinced to purchase the geek squad total tech program for $150 and pay $99.00 per 2 camera installed. Total of 8 cameras. They scheduled my install for 4 weeks out because they were booked solid. I waited 4 weeks and took the weekend off for this install. I even visited Best Buy during that time and purchased a TV for the camera system. The day before my install I received a call from the technician who is a 3rd party vendor for Best Buy. The company name is Install, inc. They called to tell me that they do not do wired camera install on 2 story homes and cancelled my appointment. He said I should look into a wireless system. I was furious! I visited the Best Buy store but the manager was too busy to see me. The sales associate that initially sold me the camera system said they will get it resolved and call me later. I ended up calling myself to find out what was going on. They told me that they need to reschedule my appointment for another 2-3 weeks out. I was really upset. They cause a huge inconvenience to me and my schedule. I took the weekend off from work for this! Don't be fooled by what they tell you in store. The geek squad program is a scam. Do not purchase it. They falsely advertise the services included.

    Three weeks after paying in full for a $3,500 TV and Geek Squad service, they cancelled the install the day of delivery after the allotted time expired and was looking to reschedule us 2 weeks later. Worst service EVER! I will never purchase other product or service from Best Buy/Geek Squad in Ocoee Florida again. We still don't have our TV and no HUMAN BEING on the other end of the phone! Doesn't any have customer service anymore? They have no problem providing 5 REAL people selling you the products in their stores....
