Failed to mention major problems existing under the house in the full prepurchase inspection. AFTER the purchase, these issues were "discovered" by the plumber and the Terminex man. ( His termite inspector never went under the house) Rarely returns phone calls or emails. Extremely disappointed in this low level of integrity.

4-Point Inspection- In this day and age we live in, the forgotten qualities of customer service and professionalism have almost been lost... But I am happy to report that Luke Gibson and American Global has stayed true to these ideals and more. knowledgeable, professional and personable, Luke stands out as an Inspector you can trust. He even took the time to answer my questions concerning issues outside of the inspection and provided the wisdom I needed. Scheduling was easy and on time. The inspection report was through and prompt. I could not be any more pleased.

Luke Gibson and American Global property took their due diligence when inspecting our first home and was extremely informative. We will definitely be using American Global on any future home purchases!
