0 starts if I could! Going on 10 days with no gas!!! Was told 3 times theyd come out and replenish & still havent. RUN FAR AND FAST AS YOU CAN! Marion Oaks, Ocala Florida

We have been waiting now for 6 days to have our propane delivered. Now they say we don't have an account# for our address, even though we have been getting gas from them for many years.Have been put on hold many times and have not gotten a firm response about our gas delivery.

I've been a customer of Amerigas for many years. I was set up on auto refill. Amerigas missed my last refill and I was out of gas two weeks later. I called maybe a dozen times. No local office to go to ( recently closed ) . Phone operators reading their screen and making promises that were not kept 4 times in a week. I decided to change propane suppliers, as did many other people in the same situation. One supplier said they average 13 calls very similar to mine daily. Now one might think a long term customer like myself would deserve a heads up long before they decide to stop servicing customers that don't buy the new minimum to have an Amerigas account, Not the case. This is just another company that does not care about people/customers.... Amerigas is all - ALL about the bottom line, while they choose a new business avenue I for one hope/pray they fail and in a big way!
