I visited the store as a recommendation from a friend and was incredibly impressed from the moment I walked in the door. I originally went for an appraisal for a piece of jewelry and the appraisal was top-notch, very professional! The jewelry in the store is beautiful and many pieces are very unique. The customer service provided was not only professional but personal as well as they were interested in meeting my needs. This will be my go to jewelry store, I already have my eye on a few pieces. Mike has been creating a bracelet for me to recreate one that was stolen from me.He is an artist! He listens and takes the time to be perfect! I recommend Lady Jewelers for custom designs or their current inventory.If they do not have it they will find it! They have become our second home..haha, for we have purchased many items. I would not go anywhere else! And their prices are very competitive. They make you feel like a VIP when you shop!!!
