        We have searched everywhere looking for somewhere to swim with our benefit card… it seems we are not welcome anywhere with the card I would really appreciate any help of where we can go it would be so helpful thank you!

        If you are interested in Freedom Health go see Tory Glover. Very well versed in Freedom, Medicare, Advantage plans. I stop @ office to try & resolve ongoing issue. Felt Freedom threw me under bus with NO contact. Tony listened, made calls,& got answers & clarification. Tony was interested and polite! Tony gets 5 STARS...Freedom only 3

        Back in late 2020 into 2021 we moved to our new office and the phone number we had for 11yrs was no longer accessible to us, the bad part was it took months to realize that it wasnt connected, (we have internet phones not a land-line with an answering machine) at first it was very confusing when people would say, no one returned my calls I left many messages. Please understand your calls are how we get paid . We are sales agents and get commission , our busiest time for enrollments is Oct - Dec each year , so please believe that your calls are of utmost importance,
        whether for enrollment or current members with questions, unhappy members are bad for any business. Please accept my apology.
