This place is HORRIBLE with kids. Seems like they have no experience with kids at all. Not friendly & definitely not qualified for the jobs they do! The dental assistants seem to be hired with no schooling. Will NEVER go back here! Unprofessional and dirty.

I have been calling for 2 weeks no answer, no call back sane with the er number. This is absolutely horrible very aggravated and will be letting everyone know it's a waist of time calling or coming into the office. I hate giving a 1 rating you don't deserve anything!

WARNING! Do not use this dental group!!! I had the worst dental experience with this dental practice.  The staff is rude, inconsiderate and ignorant! I had an emergency dental procedure with the oral surgeon.  The dental emergency occurred after a mistake the dental hygienist did at a prior appointment.   The day BEFORE the procedure the oral surgeon's assistant called me to say part of the procedure was not covered by my insurance.  I called the insurance company and got the instructions on what the dental office had to do for approval.  I took the instructions to the oral surgeon assistant and she informed me that she wasn't going to follow/file or do the simple instructions with the insurance company.  They ABSOLUTELY refused to file the insurance paperwork AND treat me for the emergency. UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE!!  I can not say this loud enough, DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL PRACTICE (Greenberg Dental Group)!!! They treat you like cattle being herded in for treatment, the office is dirty and filthy, the dentist/staff do not take time with the patient, the staff do not work with the insurance companies, they do not treat their medical mistakes,... AWFUL!!!! PATIENT BEWARE!!!!!

Was referred to Dr. Patel due to the Oral surgeon I was going to see was 3 to 4 months out. I was told it would be $85 for a consultation with the Doctor. I drove over an hour to see his assistant. She was very nice, but not the doctor. I need surgery and found that you don't even meet him until the day of surgery. I don't know about you, but I've had all kinds of surgery and that's including oral surgery ,but there was no way I'm letting any doctor touch me without meeting him. So he called me and did not disappoint. He was very arrogant and asked had I read the others ratings like he was better than anyone else....lol. I always read ratings for doctors, dentists and Oral surgeons not to mention a lot different things. Needless to say, he couldn't pay me to walk in his office, much less to drive there!!!!
