FANTASTIC! The rep was both friendly and knowledgeable beyond hope. Brad was skillful at explaining how things worked, told me what to watch for and showed me the things to avoid, and that was above and beyond the chimney cleaning itself. He even did a few minor extras (replacing screws and caulking) to make things perfect. I couldn't be happier with the service, information and friendliness. I chose this company based on the Google reviews (something I've never done before) and was thrilled to see that those reviews matched up exactly with my experience. Would recommend to anybody.
