Scrambles Cafe

We just moved from Massachusetts and have been in twice so far and it has been great both times. The owner is excellent and so attentive and observing - he had a table ready for my family before we even walked in the door, I was floored by that level of customer service! Speaking of the customer service, every single worker there is fabulous, even the bussers are as friendly as can be. The owner sure knows what he is doing!! The reuben is fantastic.

I ordered breakfast online and it was delicious. My only down side was the croissant that I ordered to eat on my way home. I thought it was going to be hot/warm and requested butter on it, it was cold, not room temperature, cold with butter packet. After heating it up at home, I was very disappointed that it was dry. After leaving, upon looking at my receipt I noticed a tip for restaurant $5.60 fee. First time I was charged this with an online order.

Place is dirty, current staff is lazy and doesnt properly clean tables, food is subpar at best, unseasoned and burnt. And when fianc (certified culinary arts graduate with more experience than the workers) tried to ask about clearly open job offer, they immediately tell her theyre not offering.
