I had never used Bos Collision in the past and was referred to them by Progressive Insurance when one of their policy holders rear ended me. I had low expectations for the experience and expected it would be a headache and inconvenience. To my surprise, the guys (young guy at front desk and older guy sitting behind him) were so nice and accommodating from the minute I walked through the door. They kept me updated on my car while it was being repaired with phone calls and then they even called me after I picked my car up just to check on me. Many businesses could use a lesson from these folks, especially the ones still blaming their terrible customer service on Covid. Thank you Bos!
