I called and they told me that if I cancel it would be 30 bucks , so I said okay never mind I don’t want to make the appointment to which the lady hung up on me and charged my card even though we were days from any appointment they would do and it wasn’t even set in stone. They called to reschedule twice so I cancelled and will be watching my card for any unauthorized use. Do NOT use Solis. They are not a local company and there's something very unusual about constantly cancelling as if to just get your card info. I'm reporting Kim and Solis to the BBB!

Called and spoke with a lady regarding setting up an appointment was told they charge for canceling an appointment. After calling home to explain to the wife she stated a family member had it fixed already, I call back to let the company know mind you it’s been 10 mins since I had called and they wouldn’t wave the $30 dollar fee, it’s been 10 mins since we spoke and the appointment was set for almost 8 hours from the time we set it up. Even after reading negative reviews about how scheduled times were not held on the company’s part I still have them a shot. I understand the policy but 10 mins come on ?? Sounds like they are ripping off customers. They charge fees but can’t follow through with their end of the deals ? The lady was rude and didn’t want to deal with me. Don’t use this company I will be posting this on all review sites..also they are showing 5 stars on website but that is not the case on google. Be careful...I look on bank account and they charged me $70, when calling they stated it was a pre authorization charge. Since when do you pay before the tech even shows up. Very fishy business practices.
