First and last time using this dry cleaners! Had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved for over $200. Upon pick up the dress was nicely boxed and I made a very WRONG assumption that it was properly cleaned. I sold the dress and when the buyer received it, there was a very noticeable stain on the front of the dress and the bottom of the dress was very dirty. I contacted the cleaners and Tamika told me there is no guarantee all stains would be removed but if I had the dress I could bring it in for them to TRY to lighten the stain. The buyer returned the dress and I took it back in but was told there was nothing they could do. There was no desire to rectify the issue and instead I was recommended to try another cleaners. I took the dress to the recommended cleaners and within minutes he took my dress to the back and removed the stain. Why couldnt dry cleaning depot do this? Your guess is better than mine. All said and done, take your hard earned money and get your items cleaned elsewhere. The second place also knew what company cleaned the dress the first time without me mentioning it. Do with that what you want!

I had the same experience as Jennifer with my wedding dress. Why bring your clothes to the cleaners if they cant clean it. You all keep your money and go somewhere else. My dress almost cost $200 as well to clean big mistake going to this place. Customer service was so poor and they basically dont get nothing done. Service: Wedding gown cleaning

I have been going to this location for over 10 years. I will no longer return because of the very rude attendant Keisha. I visited the store on 12/1/2022 at 7:17AM. Although a sign on the door said the opening hours was 7am the store was locked with the attendant inside on her phone seemingly upset that i was there. I dropped off my pants and she rudely, condescending and in a very vulgar manner stated that i will not be getting back the cloths same day. I told her that i was there the previous day and she told me that i need to drop off the cloth by 8am in order to guarantee same day service. Again, she rudely stated that "yes i remember telling you that yesterday but things happened" Been a customer since 2012 when there was a nice older lady working that store and she was a delight and a GEM. The owner need to do some customer service 101 training with the very rude employee Keisha that was working on the morning of 12/1/2022. I will find another location to use. Please check the camera you will see the time i arrived and her having the door locked while on her phone long after opening hours. Service: Laundry wash & fold
