I came here like 2 weeks ago, my first time and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. Their machine or car washed system messed up my car paint. The guy calls me over, points at the damage, and insists it was already there. Like, seriously? I know my car, and it wasn't looking like a hot mess when I drove here. I didn't want to get into a full-blown argument, but to top it off, I spot the same black spots on the other side of my white car. What's up with that? And get this, he has the nerve to ask for an extra 30 bucks to fix it with some polish. Save yourself the headache, Don't bother with this place. They messed up my car and charged me extra for their screw-up. Not cool.

My experience was not good. Im not a regular user of cleaning services and I was confused about what to do. The person was supposed to guide me showed a cold actitud from the beginning. I accepted that I didnt read the instructions because I was putting attention to continue into the rail. However, the guy started yelling and insulting me because I was not in neutral. I explained that was my first time but he still was on his actitud. I received a full refund because I refused the service. Guys, how companies are growing up with new customers? Try to do your work like the first time, be kind, doesnt matter if you are doing it the whole life.

Don't Go! This place is a DISASTER! Their machines needs updating from deteriorating materials because I spent 20 dollars for a wash and had to HAND clean off all the pieces of rubber hard spots their machines left all over the car! The proof is in the pudding !!
