Very impressed with the overall performance of the service, pricing, and installation of my flooring!! Anyone who isn't satisfied with them are nuts!! Kudos to Oak Hill floors to go!

Horrible experience. Bill comes over to give an estimate and makes alot of promises that he doesn't keep. Work guys come out they are rude. Bill doesn't return calls after he has your money. Long story short I am stuck with a houseful of defective carpet that looks horrible. Tried to call bill and after a year of stringing me along saying he was going to fix it but always had a excuse mostly some kind if health excuse that wasn't true. I had to purchase carpet somewhere else. All I can say is RUN!!!!!!

Glad I didn't refer to the bad comments as I saved hundreds n have QUALITY flooring. Being retired from retail, those bitchy customers who aren't happy with life in general r those who post negatively. I have referred them many times since. Receiving just thanks!

The worst service I have ever had! Sad because Bill seems like a good guy, but his installers and staff are a nightmare.

They're service is bad. They don't call you ever.you have to go over there to find out what's going on and harass them to even get them to order your floor or schedule to get it done. Then they send a guy who doesn't know what he's doing very well. Who put two holes in my brand new fridge using his dolly. Never would I use them again or recommend them to anyone else.they are cheapest floors. But their service shows why their so cheep
