    It took a couple visits by two different technicians to figure out the grinding noise in our dishwasher. The second tech, Rick, was very knowledgeable and savvy. He found a plastic screw cap cover less than the size of a dime that had dislodged and got stuck in the pump. I was pleased with their service and would recommend ASA. Ask for Rick - a smart and honest guy.

    I’ve had the best experience with this company than I’ve ever had with any appliance company. My dishwasher was making funny noises. Yes I made sure there wasn’t silver wear in the bottom any who it took Mr. Watson 25 min to fix it and my dishes Look amazing ! Will definitely be calling them again. And the woman who answers the phones is so happy and always a delight to speak with ! Good job you guys running a family owned company !!

    Update--- the comments left by this company below did not happen. My mother was not told what was wrong while they were there (she was told they would call me tomorrow- the details of the repair were never discussed with me), she never made comments about my oven being "a piece of junk"- this isn't something she would say. I love my oven and am very happy with the purchase. It's my favorite part of my kitchen-- I was NOT happy with the disrespect this company displayed. This is turning very much into he said, she said- regardless- I, Audrey, am your customer- not a 3rd party who I asked to let you inside my home- I was your customer and no one every explained to me what was wrong with my microwave or how to fix it. You refused to service ME (your customer)- who had nothing to do with any of this alleged conversation. Nothing about the repair was ever discussed with me- This was disrespectful and of course not the type of business I wanted to work with. Literally the WORST service company I have ever encountered. I called to schedule a repair of a microwave. Gave them all the details of the unit (it's a wall over/microwave combination) and they scheduled an appointment for the following week. The day before my appointment, they called the reschedule for later that week. Fine, we scheduled. I took the day off work to be home so they could do the repair. The technician arrives within the window, but is alone and has no way to remove my microwave from the wall... He couldn't even attempt to find out what was wrong because the office didn't tell him it was a large combo unit. Also, the technician had to call a help line to even know how to take it out of the wall.. He left. They reschedule again for the second time a week later. I cannot take off work again, so I ask my mother to sit with them while they repair it. The two men arrive 45 minutes after the time window. They again called some help line to tell them how to fix it. They took out the unit and were looking for issues, my mother came over and asked a few questions, so she could let me know what was broken. The technician was short with her and wouldn't say what was wrong... They leave and say they will call me with a full estimate. The next day I receive a call from their office, accusing my mother of starting a "confrontation" with the technicians- THIS DID NOT HAPPEN- My mother would never start any confrontation, It just isn't her personality. The slander of my mother was beyond ridiculous. They refused to come back because of something that did not happen.They lied. in my opinion, this company has technicians who do not have the knowledge to fix appliances- they call a 'help line' to tell them how to fix it. In my opinion, they did not know how to fix my unit- this is why they wouldn't come back. I will be looking into filing a lawsuit against them for slander and their refusal of service.
