They came on time and cleaned the dirty grout ..they were very friendly and nice . Did there work very meticulous For 1000sqft charged $400 to clean and $200 to seal a fair price I would hire them again hopefully it last a long time . Before and after pictures

We had Grout Brothers (Denis & Vadim) clean floor tiles and reseal grout in our home in LWR. Great work, impressive outcome, and professional customer service. We have approx. 500 sq ft of nearly white 12" floor tile in our foyer, eat in kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. Our walkin shower has smaller 4" tile.The grout throughout the home is also shade of white. Our grout had become dark with dirt build up over the years. The guys arrived on time, carefully laid down drop cloths to protect carpet and installed nice guards to protect door molding from a rub by equipment and vac hose. Their experienced shows and pays off, they make the most of their time and know how to deliver results. Cleaning solutions have almost no or low odor and dry quickly with their portable fan units. Net results: squeeky clean tiles, markedly brite white grout once clear sealer quickly set and dried. Our house was left clean and neet. Happy to have selected Grout Brothers, recommend their services and we have no hesitation to use them again!
