Mike was very responsive and did a thorough job on replacing our water heater. He has done a couple of jobs for us and will definitely use again in future.

Accepted credit card. Treated me with kindness and respect. My water heater had quit. He understood I had a disabled son and came quickly and made repairs with very little down time on water access. I had a problem with a bad rod in my hot water heater that causes corrosion and bacteria in my water. I brought Mike out to fix it, he changed the rod but didnt flush the system with something to kill bacteria, just water. I am not a plumber but I know better. When my water was bad again a couple months, i called and he blamed in on me leaving the hot water on too long and offered an expensive solution instead of coming back and redoing the job cause of his mistake. I wouldnt recommend Mike to anyone.
