After Ian my home in Rotonda West needed external painting on everything (house, doors, gutter, downspouts, soffit and pool deck). After getting 4 quotes, I went with Precise Painting after meeting Tricia and looking at her reviews. Tricia walked me through the project and why each piece would be done and needed. Communication was great the entire project, from coming out to quote, getting a date that suited and through the project. The team that came out ( Tallyn and Santana) were professional, courteous, detail oriented and friendly. It was nice having them around. The house, driveway, doors, windows and lights were all well protected with tarps, plastic, tape and paper. The power wash, bonding and painting of the house, trim, doors, soffit, gutters and pool deck were all completed in under 4 days between rain as promised. Tallyn and Santana did a fantastic job. The house looks great and everything was cleaned up once the painting was completed. Nice to have such a professional team at my home. I would recommend this team and would use them for my next painting job. Thanks Tricia, Tallyn and Santana.
