The place is a mess. The store manager don't care about the service. The equipment don't work, the employees don't care either. Save your time and DO NOT COME to this store.

Ivanna Diaz is the worst wanna be manager ever. Why have me waiting on someone who isn't trained for the task and then you ignore her multiple calls for assistance. When I asked her for help, she directed me online. Duh, why do you think I am here because the online service can't customize my order and that's why I am present with the sample. Never again will I waste 32 minutes of my time in a place lead by someone who is unable and unwilling to communicate and lead by example. Get a robot instead Office Depot!

Aventura plaza Office depot has the worst customer service ever! Every single employee I asked for help , brushed me off and walked away. This lazy attitude with your employees explains why your store is so empty and south beach location is popular. They know how to treat customers and appreciate them!!! They always have an answer why they shouldn't help you. Bunch of loosers.
