This was my first time visiting this place the only reason I came was because my nail tech had to go out of town. First of all their are only 2 nail techs and the wait was over an hour. All I want to do is support black owned businesses but you guys have to do better at the quality service you provide.

Recently visited Tippie toes and was pleased with the environment professionalism and customer service by Monae and low-key. The only hiccup was the male who works there having an attitude the second time I went to the shop. He needs to work on communicating with clients properly . When doing a pedicure you can speak in instructing what you would want the client to do.

Me and my son and youngest daughter, love the service we just received tonight, thank you Dana, Denise and Lowkey, for the excellent service, we love vibe and the environment, and we'll differently be coming back.
