I have had my Ace Boat Hoist in my Boat House on Green Turtle Cay, Abaco Bahamas for over 15 years and am extremely pleased with the product. The first time I saw them was on Mobile Bay. The friends there were also very satisfied. I have only had good luck with its operation and Ace gives excellent advice and service. Since Dirk Smith took over running the Company, he has continued to operate it as was done before. If I had to purchase another Boat House, it would only be an ACE!!

I recently bought a property with an existing ACE boat lift. I emailed them to determine the capacity of the lift. Dirk responded immediately and said they had recently bought the company and did not manufacture the older lift but he was very helpful in guiding me through what I needed to know. This spoke wonders to me from a customer service point of view as he was not trying to make a sale but was just trying to help me out. Thank--you ACE!!!

Wonderful experience dealing with ACE and with Dirk. I bought a property with an existing ACE boat lift and was looking for maintenance information on it. I contacted ACE and they were fantastic. Dirk spent a lot of time helping me understand what needed to be done. He asked me to send him photos of the lift. He gave me detailed feedback on what needed to be done in terms of maintenance. To his credit he did not try to push a new lift on me. Instead he confirmed that the existing lift was in good shape. He even sent me photos of their new lift configuration (which looks to be beautifully designed from an engineering perspective, simple and efficient) to help me configure my lift correctly. He went so far as getting his engineering team involved in figuring out if I could use a winder on the existing lift. Exemplary service. Very rare to find business like ACE and people like Dirk. Kudos. Will definitely look to them when buying my replacement lift.

What can we say about ACE Boat Lifts?!? It is hard to even put into words the wonderful experience we have had working as a Dealer for ACE. Our contact Dirk has always gone above and beyond whenever we need something. Their lifts are our favorite to install because they are built with the installer and the user in mind. No additional fabrication is ever needed. Also, the customer service is fantastic. Whenever a customer needs a part for an older lift, Dirk always guides us in the right direction. Not once has he ever given us incorrect information. If he isn't sure, he will tell you and goes above and beyond to find the answer. Love doing business with honest people like that. Bottom line, if you are looking for a strong lift and expert customer service, then your in the right place so stick with ACE.
