They scheduled the visit between 3 and 5pm, they called at 6 to let them know that they would stop by in 1 hour, they finally arrived at 7:50pm, they were denied entry due to the time and they want to be paid for their visit, they are without a doubt the worst.

They are very unpunctual, the person who answers the phone has good treatment but he committed to a visiting hour that he did not keep, their technicians are cranky, I would not recommend this company to anyone, very bad.

Firstly, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in our visit. We understand that your time is valuable, and we strive to provide a smooth and punctual experience.
In this particular case, we did experience a delay, and we took the initiative to inform you of our estimated arrival time via a call at 6 PM, indicating that we would arrive within the next hour. We are grateful for your approval to proceed with the visit at that time, understanding that situations can occasionally disrupt schedules.
Unfortunately, due to the delay, we arrived later than expected at 7:50 PM, and we completely understand your concern regarding the time. We genuinely regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
We would like to clarify that the decision to deny entry was made after we received approval from the rental management company and informed you of our impending arrival. We were simply following the procedure as directed by the property management.
