14 people in our group went on a van and then they told 3 of us to get in a other van. Our van ended up picking up 7 other people. Which put us an hour behind our group The van they used did not have working AC and we had hot air blasting on us on and off the entire trip. The van also needs to be serviced on multiple fronts according to the dashboard lol. Awful service.

Our experience was great. Miami Port to a hotel in Ft. Lauderdale. I received a text while I was on Carnival Magic at Miami Port confirming my reservation. When I cleared customs, I called and was given the van# and ETA of 30 minutes. #26, El Hondra (sorry if I spelled his name), was prompt and loaded our luggage in the van. He took the Express lane on the highway and even gave us an impromptu tour along the route and in under 40 minutes, we arrived at our destination. Great price as well for 9 ppl and an infant (they even provided a car seat!). Will definitely use them again. 11/11/18

Liars! Leaving Miami cruise terminal to Hyatt hotel in Fort Lauderdale put the address in the drivers phone and was told it would be $40. He took other riders to the Fort Lauderdale airport and then told us he couldn't take us to the hotel because it was too far. Said they would charge us half. I said OK, please drop us down at the ground transportation. He said he wasn't supposed to do it but he would he could get fined. He drops us off and I pay him and he says the half price was if we had gotten out up at the arrival level. I refuse to pay the full amount because that is not what he said. He gets mad at me. Remember he said he wasn't supposed to go on the ground transportation level, but he then loads up people there. Liar. Horrible. And the hotel I was going to was 3 minute from the airport and they said it was too far. Schysters!
