Now that they changed hours to closing at 4 and they are not open on Saturdays, how do working people who work till five able to interact with the bank?! I have to say its the worst bank I have ever worked with

Why isnt there a zero star? This is the worst banking system in America. BTW: no public restroom?!?! Wrong answer.

I financed a vehicle through BB&T so I came to this location a few times to make a payment, the staff was friendly during each of my visits although they always seemed to be a little pre-occupied and even though I never saw another customer inside this bank while I was here I always had to wait on the teller to complete whatever tasks she was doing before making my payment - the manager once got up from her desk and told me I would have to wait until the teller was free they were short handed I guess it's forbidden that she would walk around the counter and assist me. Umm okay maybe I can go to another location to make my payment so I don't interrupt things here since I'm the only customer here. I decided to take the path of less resistance and paid off the loan so any future problems are solved. I realized I need them about as much as they need me, yes I was a little put off and no I don't need any investment advice...
