Excellent customer service I have asthma and use to cough every morning. Since using purifier do not cough any more. Believe the purifier has helped so much and feel much better.

If everyone is as patient, kind and professional as Lori, who answered the phone at Aerus of New Port Richey, when I called yesterday, then this makes me want to do business with them in the future! I had an issue with my central vacuum not working and felt like it was probably something silly and simple that I could not pinpoint at the time. Lori helped me trouble shoot some of the things I had done on my own but with her help, I was feeling empowered to look at it further. Between the two of us, we figured out the issue that I instinctively knew was simple, and she saved me the embarrassing moment it would have been to have the technician come all the way here to press a button. Not only did she take the time to help, but she saved me time and money and for that I say wow and thank you so much Lori! I am very grateful to you!
