I can understand a team not winning because it's all about the team work, building a bond, and having fun, but when the team can't even come together and score once all season, that tells a whole other story. When Every game, you notice how every other team is organized and well coached. The kids seem to know there positions, somewhat, and, at least know what to do on field. In turn, your team is completely lost and not even producing one single yard or understanding what is going on. Then if you say anything about it, you get attacked by the head coach, who should not be on the field teaching kids when they are so short tempered when they are approaching a parent. I'm sorry that you cannot coach and should never be a head coach. Step down and allow your other coaches to do their job. I'm sure they can do better than negative yardage and no points all season. As well as respecting other adults. Sorry that the new port richey buccaneers Jr fly weights have to go through such horrible coaching. I'm sure who ever started this league would be rolling in their grave. That's why they are in such desperate need of players because other parents have already noticed and removed their kids from that program. I'm sorry that they are so disorganized. Next season my son will not be joining the P.A.L. At least not the buccaneers. Unless there is a change in coaching. And there is no way coach Mike should be heading that team,when he confronts a parent in a threatening manner and had to be restrained by another coach, that guy should not be on the field. I'm sorry if the truth hurts Mike,but your record shows, no wins, no points. That equals no coaching. Good luck next year buccaneers. You deserve better.
