Living in Hawaii can be a shipping nightmare when buying larger products. Trish at Trikaroo made our purchase effortless and found a way to ship our 2 seater mobility scooter to us. I can't wait to see it. My husband needs it as he can't walk very far and I can't drive because of my eyesight. What a blessing. Thank you TRIKAROO

Hours are posted but no one seems to pay any attention to those hours. Was at the store on Wednesday at 9:15, 10:30 am and the shop was closed up tight with NO ON in the store or in the shop. I only drove 150 miles to find the unattended to store. Not good!

We used our Wallaby scooter on 4 occasions before our batteries stopped charging. Trikaroo told us it was the charger so we replaced with new one from company at cost of $168.00 that did nothing to help problem so we sent it back. They refunded our money minus shipping charges and told us that battery needed to be replaced but not available then. That was 5 months ago so now we have a $2000 scooter that is a absolutely useless and trikaroo is not helping solve issue. Do not recommend this dealer

I love my Trikaroo! I have had it for almost 2 years now and it was a great purchase. The customer service has been awesome. My Trikaroo arrived with a flat and they went above and beyond to make it right. They respond promptly when I have questions. Im considering buying the Joey as well. Also, if you read the reviews, the negative ones seem to be started by a disgruntled employee and her friends. Since google does not protect businesses from these fraudulent reviews, I think that is important to note. No, I do not and have not worked for this company. I am just a happy customer. My experience was very different than what those people are describing.

Ive actually never owned a trikeroo, my best friend used to work for the company and shorty after she was hired called me with a story about how Gina let some lazy guy go and he was writing bad reviews for them to get back at her. Ive decided this company doesnt deserve my good review so Im changing it
