Sonny is one of the best mortgage brokers I've met. It is easy and convenient to reach him at his home office. I was amazed with the low interest rate and closing cost he quoted me. But best of all he answered all of my questions and explained things clearly.

I highly recommend working with Sonny at Niche llc. I have been in the real estate business for almost 30 years and would recommend him for both conventional and non-conforming mortgages. He is very knowledgeable from an investor's standpoint which is not common for mortgage brokers.
