The doctor ordered the wrong tests, leading to a wasted trip to Quest and lots of frustration. This took place at Advent Health Express Care at Walgreens.

Worst experience ever. It took them over 25 minutes past my appointment time to even see me because her new system crashed and nobody knew how to check me in or pull up my chart. I went there complaining of a sore throat, cough, and severe headaches. All the doctor did was take my blood pressure and ask me what i wanted her to do. She said she could just write me a prescription for tamiflu or she could test me for the flu. I said I wanted to be evaluated for my symptoms. She then proceeded to test me for flu and I had to wait 30 minutes for the results. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for her to take my payment which was over $100. Should never even looked in my mouth to take a look at my throat. Big waste of time and money

Online it said they opened at eight, get there at 8:30 and theyre still not open, apparently nobody shows up to this location unless you have appointment. Defeats the purpose of being a walk-in clinic doesnt it? Nobody knew what was going on or who was supposed to be working at the time. Dont even bother going unless you really want to go to this location and already have an appointment.

I seen Jennifer yesterday in the clinic, and what an amazing experience I had! She is just a wonderful person to be around, very knowledgeable and sincere. I will forever go back to her when in need! Thank you so much Jennifer!
