DISCOUNT SPRINKLER AND PUMP SERVICES INC

I can't rate the service because I didn't receive any. The only thing I got was a quote. I just think paying $65 for a guy to come out and touch my irrigation pump and quote me on a " possible" issue is out of this world. I wish I made $65 for 5 minutes of work. Unethical. In response to owner reply : I completly agree for payment of service but NO service was done. That's my point. You could have told me over the phone what it could " possibly be" like you did in person and saved you your valuable time and my valuable money. I have no problem paying $65 for a "service call" but if I am paying for a service I would like to receive one. If I wanted to fix it myself I would have youtube it. I wasn't trying to steal anyone's education from them. Thats why I gave it a 1 star and after your response I wish I could change it to a 0. P. S. No " I'm on my way" test was sent prior to arrival.... Oh wait yes it was AFTER they had already left.
